How to hide folders and files …

Hi Everyone,

In this video, I will show how to hide folders or files in SharePoint Online. I have my HR SharePoint site, and it is a communication site. This site has four types of Groups I have External, Members, Owners & Visitors. What I want to do is to make some of my folders visible to a specific group. For example, I want to hide Staff documents from HR Visitors & HR External and Hide Current projects from HR Members. You can do it in two ways.
They are very similar, and you can get the same result, and it is up to you which way you want to do it; I will show you both.
