Create email templates with the lightning email template builder.
Follow the steps below to activate the email builder.
1. Permission sets:
Setup – System permissions – Access drag-and-drop content builder – Manage Assignments (assign users)
2. Folders and Enhanced Sharing:
Setup – Lightning Email Templates – switch it ‘On’
Note: Make your images publicly available. Builder is available only in: Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, and Developer Editions.
