Thanks – I just noticed this yesterday when I went to set it up on a new site. Question about an existing 4.0 install: if I upgrade that site to 4.1, what happens? Will it move the file, or will it go back to all the defaults and make me recreate the user.css in a new location? I am scared to try!
Thanks for the user.css tip… I was missing to click the css folder again so new file was not going into /media…….
Its more conveniant to put it in template folder and include in you template (index.php). My question is why joomla strip link tag in index.php when you wanted to put it directly. Second question is why Joomla 4 enqueue functions not working for files in template folder.
Thank You Bro
Hello Tim Daves, I have sought to customize cassiopeia by inspecting elements by Google Crhome, but in this video I noticed that uses an extension to paste the element into the user.css. Could you please tell me which one? I searched and found some very good ones, but this seemed to suit my demand well. From São Paulo, Brazil. Success!
I love JCE and put it on every site I do, but I just watched https://youtu.be/URVfI5VQjMY and he makes a very good case for TINYMCE. I like the way the template feature can be used now to bring in txt snippets from the template override folder. I don't think JCE does that?
good for know, thank you
